Demolition and Clean Up are tough parts of the project.
The Demo and Clean Up Lead will need to know the processes to safely and effectively perform the tasks as well as perform them themselves.
Communication, patience and team building are essential tools for this position.
Physical Requirements:
>Ability to lift up to 80lbs
>Use of heavy machinery and equipment
>Standing and walking for long periods of time
