Specialists are in charge of completing projects in time and with high quality.
They are responsible for watching over their team and teaching apprentices.
Attention to detail, experience and communication are the keys to success in this role.
Physical Requirements:
>Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
>Standing up for long periods of time
>Use of ladders and scaffolds.
>Ability to assist other team members with lifting.
